Month Of Coordination

  • Services before the day

    • Email + Phone communication as needed for recommendations & logistical advice

    • Preferred vendor list & local recommendations

    • Detailed wedding itinerary for couples & vendors

    • 1 month takeover call & 1 week consultation call to finalize details (1 hour Zoom or in person meeting)

    • Vendor correspondence from 1 month out, up to and including wedding day

    Services on the day

    • Coordinator on-site (for the full day)

    • Decor set-up and take down for ceremony and reception

    • Cake, Florals and small scale item pickup (from local area)

    *No other vendor bookings are included, this service is only includes HGW Coordination

    *With this service we build a customized package for each couple including all desired vendors as well as our service fee, we then book the vendors on behalf of our couples
